When returning items:
1. In order to keep our costs low, prior approval is required for all returns. Please contact us via email and let us know why you want to return your purchase. Returns without prior authorization may not be eligible for refund and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
2. Once you have received your Return Mechandise Authorization (RMA) from us, please put the merchandise in the original packaging, along with a copy of your invoice and the RMA. All returned items must be in the original packaging using UPS or Fedex Ground Service.
3. If the merchandise is defective, we will send a replacement and credit you for the return shipping charge.
4. We are not able to give credit or refunds for used merchandise.
For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
